Refund & Returns Policy – Month-to-Month VoIP Service

At TITanUC, we are committed to providing high-quality VoIP phone services with no long-term commitments. Our month-to-month plans offer flexibility and ease of use, but because these services involve provisioning costs and resources that are immediately allocated, we have the following Refund and Returns Policy in place.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your VoIP service, you may request a refund under the conditions below:

  • Refunds must be requested within 5 calendar days of your initial order date.
  • Refunds are only available for the first extension on a new account. Additional extensions or renewals are non-refundable once provisioned.
  • A $15 provisioning fee per extension is non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
  • Setup or activation fees (if any) are non-refundable once the service is provisioned.

Access After Refund

Please note: Once a refund is issued, your access to TITanUC services will be immediately terminated, and your extension(s) will be deactivated.
If you believe you may still want to use the service through the remainder of the billing period, you may want to cancel auto-renewal instead and continue using the service until the end of the month. We’re happy to help guide you through that option.

Example:

If you purchased a $30/month extension and request a refund within 5 days, you would receive $15 back, reflecting the deduction for the $15 provisioning fee.

No Refunds After 5 Days

Due to the nature of month-to-month services and the immediate provisioning of resources, no refunds will be issued after 5 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Contract Plans

If you are on a contracted plan, please refer to your specific service agreement for refund and cancellation terms.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@titanuc.com with your account details and the reason for the cancellation. We typically process requests within 2–3 business days and will confirm with you before any services are deactivated.
